Andréia Paes Shiwa is the Regulatory Affairs Business Unit Lead at SynTech Research Group in Brazil. She holds a degree in Agronomic Engineering from ESALQ/USP and an MBA in Strategic Business.

With over 30 years of experience in Crop Protection and Plant Nutrition, 28 of which dedicated to Regulatory Affairs, Andréia has built a solid career in the agricultural industry. She has held key positions at leading companies such as FMC, ISK Biosciences, DuPont, and Corteva.

For the past seven years, she has been leading the Regulatory team in Brazil at SynTech Research Group, driving regulatory strategies and supporting successful product registrations.
