In the Exhibit Booth Information you will find necessary information regarding building heights, rigging in ceiling and construction rules of booth constructions.
Space Only Booths – Individual Booth Design
If you plan a customized booth design, you require a 2-step approval:
1. DESIGN APPROVAL:
All booth designs need to be approved by EBD Group. Please send the drawings, incl. measurements to your exhibitor contact no later than February 14th!
2. STRUCTURAL AND FIRE SAFETY APPROVAL:
French authorities require all individual booth constructions to be approved by a French Safety Officer. Further information on Structural and Fire Safety Aproval can be found in the section "COMPULSARY HEALTH & SAFETY"
VIPARIS is the official provider for booth equipment and additional services such as carpet, electricity, furniture.
Order deadline for all services is March 18th!
Order deadline for booth printing is March 9th!

Breakfast, luncheon and ongoing catering will be provided in the exhibition area during all conference days. You may order catering at your booth from our official caterer ELIOR.

Exhibit Hall Receptions must be approved by the organizer. If you plan to hold a reception at your booth, please reach out to your exhibit contact first.
Internet – Wi-Fi
Wireless LAN is available in the exhibition hall.
Exhibitors and their stand constructors are not permitted to use outside WIFI routers or access points. Please do not use WIFI devices or personal mobile hotspots. Personal mobile hotspots must be turned off inside the exhibition hall as they interfere with the VIPARIS WLAN.
If an internet connection is vital for your stand, we recommend you to order a wired internet service via the VIPARIS web shop as this remains the most reliable internet access solution for your stand
The organizer does not provide insurance for any booth components or additional pieces of equipment brought into the conference,
rented from exhibitor services or for personal possessions of any exhibitor against loss, damage or theft. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to arrange their own insurance coverage.
Use of Microphones and Speakers
Use of microphones and speakers is to be approved by EBD Group and will only be permitted if neighboring exhibitors/partnering will not be disturbed.
We are no longer providing a literature table in order to produce less waste and create a greener conference.
SHIPMENTS AND WAREHOUSE
Clamageran Expositions is the official logistics partner of Porte de Versailles, Paris.
BIO-Europe Spring conference is taking place at Porte de Versailles and the exhibit is in pavillon 7.3. – please always state this info when ordering shipments!

Important! Please send in a detailed commercial invoice / packing list with customs HTS / HS code of the exhibits in advance in order to check in advance and provide you with the required and additional documents (if any) prior to shipping .
Make sure to pre-alert your shipment and arrange a time slot for a hand over in person onsite!

Structural and Fire Safety Approval - INDIVIDUAL BOOTH CONSTRUCTIONS ONLY:
TO DO: Please submit the following to Karim Khelfi (firstname.lastname@example.org) from Hervé Pierre by March 6 at the latest!:
- Stand layout scale plans, seen from front and above including all dimensions
- 3D sketches of the booth
- List of installed equipment (electrical devices like e.g. lights, displays, coffee machines, etc.)
- Reaction to fire certificates for materials used in construction, drawn up either by a French or European approved laboratory with Euroclass classification (any other certificates are not valid in France!).
