ASTRA Therapeutics is dedicated to developing frontline Parasiticides, with a mission to bring anti-parasitic cures wherever they are needed. We achieve this by precision design of drugs which specifically target one of the key proteins in any living cell: Tubulin. With our ParaX technology platform we are successfully exploiting the subtle sequence differences between parasites and their host to enable sequence specific Tubulin inhibitor design that we call Parabulins.
