Amber Petersen is an R&D Manager of the Expressions Systems - Vectors and Process Innovation team at MilliporeSigma, where she leads a team dedicated to upstream platform development for biologics manufacturing. With over 10 years of experience in cell line development, Amber’s work has supported CHOZN® platform product and process development for increasingly complex biologics. Areas of expertise and team focus include cell line engineering, expression vectors, integration technologies, transient gene expression, continuous processes, and expression of complex molecules such as bispecifics. Prior to joining MilliporeSigma, Amber earned a PhD from the Department of Cell Biology, Neurobiology, and Anatomy at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
