Posters will be displayed on physical poster boards inside the exhibit hall throughout the event for all attendees to view. They will also be hosted within our ConnectMe event platform in a pdf format.

Poster Award Contest

All posters will be reviewed by the BPI Editorial team, and the top 3 scientific poster authors will be awarded a free conference pass to next year's event. The top 3 poster authors will also have the opportunity to present their poster on the main stage in the exhibit hall.

Important timelines for presenting your scientific poster:

Step 1:

Register for an All Access In-Person Main Conference Pass and select the poster add on option. (In-Person Passes Only.)

Our team will send you a link to submit your poster abstract.

Step 3:

Submit your poster abstract by August 21.

Step 4:

Once you have submitted your abstract, you will receive an email with a link to upload the PDF of your poster, this must be uploaded by September 4.
