Bingyu Kuang is a Senior Scientist II in Cell Culture Development within PDS&T Biologics. Bingyu had 8 years of experience in cell culture process research and development for antibody and AAV production. At AbbVie, he has supported the development of multiple early and late-stage drug substance programs, leading the team to develop and characterize the process and contributed to their regulatory fillings. He also leads the PAT initiative, including the model development, validation, transfer and implemented in the control strategy for regulatory filing. Before AbbVie, Bingyu did fellowship in US FDA, and process engineer in Wuxi Biologics. Bingyu holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, as well as a B.S from University of Minnesota.
