Chineye Emeche is a Technical Applications Manager in Avantor’s Biopharma Production group, supporting customers with technical expertise across upstream process development, cell culture optimization, and single-use technologies. She partners with commercial teams and customers to identify process challenges, translate technical requirements, and develop customized solutions for Avantor’s production chemicals and hydration portfolio. Chineye brings extensive biopharmaceutical experience in upstream scale-up, process optimization, and advanced bioreactor operations, including high-throughput systems such as the Ambr250. Her expertise includes media optimization, continuous processing, continuous centrifugation, and Process Analytical Technology, including Raman spectroscopy for real-time process monitoring. Prior to Avantor, Chineye built a strong track record in upstream process development and validation within vaccine and biologics manufacturing environments, including Novavax and Catalent. She is skilled at driving cross-functional alignment, supporting technical evaluations, and advancing successful cGMP scale-up for clinical and commercial bioprocesses.
