Damien Bellos, Ph.D., LSSBB, is a Technical Service Manager at BASF, where he supports biopharmaceutical customers across the United States in bioprocessing, formulation, and excipient applications. With more than a decade of experience in life sciences and biomanufacturing, he collaborates with industry partners to address complex formulation and manufacturing challenges through data-driven approaches and applied process science.

Prior to joining BASF, Damien was a Senior Scientist within Cytiva's Chemistry & Raw Materials organization, specializing in analytical method development, targeted manufacturing, and data science. He has authored peer-reviewed scientific publications and presented at national and international industry conferences. Damien earned his Ph.D. in Molecular Medicine and Translational Science from Case Western Reserve University in collaboration with the Cleveland Clinic Lerner Research Institute and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
