I build the CMC strategy and analytical foundations that take biologics from late discovery to the clinic. I have end-to-end program experience across bispecifics, mAbs, ADCs, cell therapy, and fusion proteins. At Third Arc Bio, built the CMC program for the company's first bispecific antibody from scratch — CDMO network, control strategies, and later with the team to regulatory interactions through IND and into the clinic. Previously led analytical CMC at BMS across early, late-stage, and commercial cell therapy assets; supported complex modality developability and high concentration formulation development at Amgen and Biogen.
