Profile
Dennis Lin, Ph.D., is a bioprocess development leader with extensive experience advancing therapeutic biologics from cell line development and GMP cell banking through upstream process development and scale-up up to 2,000 L. He currently serves as Associate Director, Cell Line and Cell Culture Process Development at Bora Biologics, where he leads CLD and CCPD strategy and supports IND-enabling CMC execution through cross-functional collaboration and CDMO partnerships. His expertise spans CHO, SP2/0, and NK cell platforms, with experience across more than 30 projects and diverse modalities including monoclonal antibodies, bispecific antibodies, complex proteins, biosimilars, and cell therapy. Prior to joining Bora Biologics, Dennis held roles at China Innovation Center of Roche, Canton Biologics, Lonza, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Mycenax, where he contributed across GMP cell banking, upstream development, bioproduction applications, and commercial strategy. He earned his Ph.D. in Bioinformatics and Structural Biology from National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan.
