Florian joined Navigo Proteins in 2011 as a scientist, initially responsible for lead candidate selection using phage display. From 2015 to 2017, he served as Project Coordinator for numerous external collaborations. Between 2017 and 2019, he held the position of Manager Commercial Alliances, overseeing all external project communication and coordination with partners. In 2019, he was appointed Head of Navigo Proteins’ business unit Precision Capturing®. In 2026, he became Managing Director of Navigo Pure. Florian received his PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology from the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) in Heidelberg and later completed an MBA at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management.
