Gregory Keil is a Scientific Director in Global Upstream and Cell Line Development at Bristol Myers Squibb, based in New Brunswick, NJ. With over 18 years of experience in biologics development, Gregory leads cross-functional teams advancing upstream process development for complex therapeutic proteins and gene therapies.

Gregory’s work spans cell line development, process scale-up, and CMC strategy, supporting programs from early development through clinical manufacturing. Additionally, he has contributed to multiple successful development campaigns and regulatory filings.

Gregory holds an M.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Pennsylvania State University and is passionate about advancing bioprocess innovation and fostering high-performing scientific teams.
