Jon Forstrom is Head of Bioprocess Modeling at Sanofi where he leads a team of process engineers focused on modeling manufacturing processes and facilities throughout the product lifecycle. This includes early stage COGs modeling, process & facility design, facility fit assessments, capacity analysis & debottlenecking, and production planning across a diverse biologics manufacturing network. Jon has spent much of his 30+ year career in biopharma creating and using digital tools to help teams build more efficient and cost-effective manufacturing processes.
