Manasi Nawathe is a Scientist in the Drug Product Sciences group at MacroGenics, based in Rockville, Maryland. She earned her Bachelor and Master of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. Manasi focuses on biologics formulation and drug product development for monoclonal antibodies, bispecific proteins, and antibody-drug conjugates. She has experience with high concentration proteins, lyophilized and frozen dosage forms, and products with visible and subvisible particle challenges. She has led IND- and BLA-enabling studies to support CMC development and regulatory submissions for both MacroGenics' internal pipeline and CDMO clients' programs.
