Manasi Nawathe is a Scientist at Bora Biologics, based in Rockville, Maryland. She earned her Bachelor and Master of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. Manasi focuses on biologics formulation and drug product development for monoclonal antibodies, bispecific and fusion proteins, and antibody-drug conjugates. She has experience with high concentration proteins, lyophilized and frozen dosage forms, and products with visible and subvisible particle challenges. She has led IND- and BLA-enabling studies to support CMC development and regulatory submissions for several programs.
