Nicola AmblerCo-Founder at The CGT CircleSpeaker
Profile
Nicola Ambler is co-founder of The CGT Circle, a grassroots community of over 2,200 women working across the cell and gene therapy ecosystem. Since launching, the community has grown across the UK, Europe and the US, connecting members through regional meet-ups, panels and an annual International Women's Day survey, now in its third year, that tracks the barriers to leadership women face across the sector. Nicola is focused on turning that data into action, from sponsorship frameworks to a new mentoring programme for the community.
Nicola is also the founder of Olmec Connections, a content and brand strategy consultancy working with CGT tools and technology companies. A biochemist by training with 19 years in life sciences, she brings the same instinct for community and audience that built The CGT Circle to every brand strategy she designs.
