With over 8 years’ experience in process and analytical development for CAR-T and non-CAR-T cell therapies, her current work is focused on cell therapy manufacturing, cell quality understanding, process optimization, and translational strategies that link manufacturing parameters to product performance and clinical outcomes. She leads cross-functional teams across technical development to advance innovative cell therapy platforms from development through commercialization.
