Rishi Ramesh Kothari, was born in Mumbai, India, where I completed my undergraduate education at the University of Mumbai before pursuing a Master's degree at Drexel University. My career in biopharmaceuticals began with an internship at Spark Therapeutics, followed by joining Regeneron in 2023. At Regeneron, I work in the Viral Production-Core Analytics subteam within Preclinical Manufacturing Process Development. My expertise focuses on assay development to study Critical Quality Attributes (CQAs) of Adeno-Associated Viruses (AAVs), analytical testing for research candidates, process characterization and validation, and method transfer to Quality Control. My work contributes to advancing gene therapy manufacturing processes.
