With over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, he has dedicated his career to drug discovery and pharmaceutical research, specializing in biologics, particularly antibody-based therapeutics. He expanded his expertise through a two-year tenure as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Texas, conducting research in bioengineering and biotechnology. Currently, he serves as a manager leading a team focused on process development of antibody drug substances for Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs), especially, cell line development, driving innovation in next-generation biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
