Tosin Dipeolu, PhD is an R&D and technology leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning biotechnology, pharmaceutical R&D, manufacturing, product leadership, digital transformation, and enterprise strategy. With a PhD in Chemical Engineering, Tosin began her career as a scientist and process development leader before moving into R&D technology and product leadership and, more recently, enterprise information strategy. She has led complex scientific and technology programs across R&D, manufacturing, and clinical supply, working at the intersection of science, technology, and business.

In her current role at Merck, Tosin focuses on enterprise information strategy and architecture across R&D, helping connect scientific context, data, technology, and business needs to create more reusable and connected information capabilities. Her work includes enabling scientific data products and strengthening the information foundations needed for analytics and emerging AI capabilities. Tosin is particularly interested in how organizations can move from fragmented data and technology investments toward capabilities that are reusable, scalable, and capable of supporting better scientific decision-making.
