Year Up United is a workforce development organization that bridges the opportunity gap between young adults and corporate America. We work to reshape the world of work by providing opportunities for young adults (ages 18-29), regardless of their background, income, or zip code, to launch professional careers while working toward their goals. Students gain hands-on experience through internships at leading companies (such as Microsoft, JPMorgan Chase, LinkedIn, Merck, and Salesforce), typically spending 35 hours per week in professional settings. The organization provides comprehensive student services, including assistance with housing, food, transportation, and childcare resources.
