Davide Lucien Patono earned his PhD in Agricultural, Forestry and Food Sciences from the University of Turin, specializing in plant physiology. After several years dedicated to fundamental research, focusing in particular on photosynthetic responses to abiotic stress, he decided to channel his scientific expertise into innovation. He founded Plant Flow Solutions, a spin-off of the University of Turin, devoted to analyzing plant health and stress responses. The company works closely with biostimulant producers, supporting their R&D through the design and execution of targeted experiments, From screening trials to detailed mode-of-action (MoA) studies.
