My career spans over a decade in R&D, marketing, and strategic business development, with a focus on microbiology, biocontrol solutions, mycorrhizal products, biostimulants and foliar fertilizers.

As a PhD holder in fertilizer science, I have been actively involved in pioneering research, product development, and market implementation. My work has contributed to 13 patents, 12 proprietary product launches, 34 scientific publications, and 43 international conference presentations. I have successfully managed R&D projects with budgets exceeding €10 million, translating cutting-edge scientific advancements into practical agricultural solutions.

Currently, I specialize in marketing and sales strategy, comprehensive product launch, and business development within the biologicals, biostimulants, and fertilizers sectors. I oversee financial planning, ROI evaluation, and cross-market harmonization, ensuring that innovative solutions effectively reach farmers and agribusinesses. My expertise includes negotiating with distributors and suppliers, coordinating product launches, and analyzing market trends to drive business growth.

I work closely with CEOs, as well as R&D, Sales, and Marketing teams, to align technological advancements with market needs. My role involves designing dedicated implementation strategies for new products, including pricing policies, critical path analysis, and timeline structuring to optimize efficiency.

Beyond the corporate sphere, I am passionate about scientific communication, sustainable agriculture, and bridging the gap between research and practice. My work involves stakeholder engagement, training provision, and participation in trade fairs and scientific conferences, ensuring knowledge transfer and industry advancement.
