Profile
With more than 30 years of research experience in protein and peptide analytics and proteomics, he collaborates closely with leading industry partners to develop streamlined, vendor-agnostic LC-MS technologies for modality-independent characterization of biotherapeutic products across top-down, middle-down, and bottom-up workflows. He currently leads the Biomanufacturing Platform-of-Future, integrating innovative sampling and automated process analytical technologies to enable real-time monitoring of critical process parameters and product quality attributes, supported by model-predictive feedback control strategies for QbD manufacturing. He has also been appointed as adjunct associate professor at Duke-NUS medical school for clinical proteomics since 2019 and Singapore Institute of Technology on food proteomics since 2023.
