She currently serves as Technical Leader for the APJ Field Application Scientist organization within Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Bioprocessing Group, where she leads technical strategy and scientific engagement across Asia Pacific and Japan.Her expertise spans end-to-end CMC development, including cell line engineering, early-stage process development, analytical strategy, and product development. With a strong focus on Quality by Design (QbD), Garima is passionate about translating complex development challenges into robust, scalable solutions that accelerate biologics development and enable a faster, more confident path to the clinic.
