Dr Yuki Abe is Global Director of Sales and Marketing at Biopharm Services, where she leads sales, marketing, and client engagement for the company's BioSolve Process software suite. She holds a PhD and MEng in Biochemical Engineering with Bioprocess Management from University College London, having received the Sir Derek Robertson Scholarship and the IBM Business Consulting Award. She oversees product management for BioSolve, including writing requirements that reflect the voice of the customer to guide feature development and product direction. She manages the BioSolve User Group steering committee, regularly meeting globally to engage clients, and frequently presents at industry conferences, as well as helping shape some of them.
