Yusdy Pan is Executive Director of Process Development at Amgen, with extensive industrial experience spanning process development, plant & lab start-up, technology transfer, and commercial operation. Over the course of his career at Amgen, he has led organizations across multi sites, taking on expanding leadership roles and supporting both biologic and synthetic modalities from clinical through commercial lifecycle management. His leadership has played a pivotal role in advancing several Amgen differentiated portfolios and the innovative technologies, from early development into commercial operation. Prior to Amgen, Yusdy contributed to the success of other two commercial facility start‑ups in Singapore. Yusdy holds Ph.D. degrees in Biochemical Engineering from the Singapore‑MIT Alliance, a joint program between the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the National University of Singapore. Yusdy is deeply passionate about shaping the future biopharma through innovation, talent development, and strategic leadership.
