Andrzej Zylicz is a seasoned entrepreneur and Life Science leader with over 20 years of international business development experience. As an Equity Partner and VP of Business Development at PQE Group, he oversees strategic growth across North America, the UK, and Ireland. Andrzej specializes in guiding global manufacturers through the complexities of GxP compliance, that includes but is not limited to support in areas of: CSV, CSA, and CQV. His background includes six years at IBM Watson Health, where he gained firsthand experience in applications of AI in regulated markets. Dividing his time between California and Europe, Andrzej is dedicated to helping clients achieve inspection readiness and operational excellence on a global scale.
