Cindy Chelius is a Principal Scientist in Upstream Process Development at Bristol Myers Squibb, where she leads upstream process development programs for both early- and late-stage assets. With over 5 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, Dr. Chelius integrates Process Analytical Technology (PAT) and omics-driven approaches to enhance process understanding, control, and robustness. She earned her Ph.D. in Chemical, Biochemical and Environmental Engineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
