Isaura (Alex) Villalba has a strong background in allogeneic T cell therapy, specializing in purity/identity workflows and technology transfer. Over the last 3 years, she has led various flow assay development efforts for characterization and lot release within the Bioanalytical Sciences department at Tr1X., Inc. Her work centers on building phase-appropriate, compliant assays and strategies that ensure product quality and regulatory readiness across the cell therapy lifecycle. Prior to Tr1X., Inc., she worked in the Cancer Therapeutics department at GNF and in the Antibody R&D department for Becton Dickinson.
