Profile
I am a postdoctoral bioinformatician associated with the Nathan Lewis lab at University of California, San Diego and University of Georgia, Athens working at the intersection of systems biology and bioprocessing. My research focuses on leveraging transcriptomics and metabolomics to improve adeno-associated virus productivity in producer cell lines. My interests include genome-scale metabolic modeling, single cell RNA sequencing, and glycobiology, particularly as they relate to improving viral vector manufacturing and cell line performance.
