Neil McCracken is the Upstream Process Development Group Leader at Elanco Animal Health in Greenfield, Indiana. He currently leads the development of mammalian cell culture processes that produce therapeutic proteins and antibodies for treatment of animal health diseases. Neil has spent nearly 20 years in the industry where he has contributed to both small and large molecule process development at both Eli Lilly and Company and Elanco Animal Health. Neil holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology along with both a Master’s and Doctorate in Biochemistry from Indiana University School of Medicine.
