Riley Conover Elmer is a PhD Candidate in Neuroscience at the University of Southern California. She uses neuroimaging and kinematic techniques to study cognitive and motor development in young children. She is the Host of Inside Biotech, a podcast by Biotech Connection Los Angeles that spotlights innovation and career pathways across the biotech ecosystem. In addition to her research and media work, she serves as President of the Advanced Degree Consulting Club at USC, where she trains graduate students from diverse backgrounds in business strategy, project management, and professional communication.
