Dr. Kumar is currently the Head of Technical Excellence at Lonza Bioscience Media Solutions. In this role, he serves as a customer-facing subject matter expert (SME), collaborating closely with customers and internal Lonza teams to ensure the customers receive the best possible experience with Lonza products. Dr. Kumar brings nearly 25 years of experience, with half of it in industry, and a passion for discussing science and solving problems. Prior to Lonza, he led the custom cell engineering services team at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he worked with customers to understand their needs and translate them into actionable steps to be executed by his scientific team.
