Saurabh Sen is a research scientist with a with varied expertise in Gene Therapy, Antibody Therapeutics, and GPCRs. Saurabh is a SME on protein expression: both for transient platform as well as for stable cell line development.
In his current role as an Associate Director for Cell Line Development (CLD) at Sanofi, Saurabh is actively engaged in delivering top class stable cell lines both for AAV Gene Therapy as well as for Protein Biologics. Previously, at Boehringer Ingelheim (BI), he was leading Antibody Drug Discovery projects end-2-end - towards developing novel therapeutics for unmet medical needs.
Saurabh will be presenting on the PCL process for AAV production, the front runner AAV production platform at Sanofi. His talk will focus on how Automation can help build a robust cell line generation platform.
