Profile

Sofie O’Brien is a Senior Scientist within the BioProcess Development group at Seagen in Cell Line Development. Sofie obtained her Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Minnesota, with a focus on genome engineering and omics analysis of CHO cells for improved therapeutic protein production. Her current interests involve the application of omics technologies for improved clone selection and cell line characterization.
