Dr. Sun Chau Siu is Executive Director and Head of Regulatory Affairs and Project Management at Altruist Biologics, leading global regulatory and project strategy to advance complex biologics from development through global commercialization. With over 25 years of biopharmaceutical leadership experience, including 13 years at Genentech, he has guided multiple biologics through FDA, EMA and multi-region approvals. He previously held senior roles at Genentech/Roche, Pfizer, and Sanofi, operating at the intersection of regulatory affairs, MSAT, and GMP manufacturing. Dr. Siu builds high-performing regulatory organizations and drives the disciplined program execution required for predictable, first-cycle approvals and accelerated global market entry. His leadership strengthens Altruist's ability to support clients with rigorous CMC strategy, transparent regulatory engagement, and high-quality submissions that withstand global scrutiny. Dr. Siu holds a Ph.D. in Biochemical Engineering from University College London and an Executive MBA from Rutgers University.
