Dr. Zhihua Xiao is the Founder and CEO of OPM Biosciences. He earned his Ph.D. from the University at Buffalo and brings more than 25 years of experience in mammalian cell culture and therapeutic drug development. Dr. Xiao plays a pivotal role in shaping OPM’s strategic direction and advancing the company’s growth. He is deeply committed to enabling efficient, high-quality biologics R&D for biopharmaceutical innovators worldwide.

Prior to founding OPM Biosciences, Dr. Xiao held a series of leadership roles at Life Technologies Corporation from 2007 to 2013, progressing from Scientist to Senior Research and Development Manager and Process Science Fellow. He later served as Senior Director of Biologics at ChemPartner, where he oversaw critical aspects of CMC.
