Q2: I am a sponsor/exhibitor, what happens next?
Our number one priority is to deliver you an outstanding virtual experience, resulting in more opportunities for networking, brand visibility and lead generation than ever before. Over the coming days, your dedicated Account Manager will reach out to discuss next steps. Should you have questions, please contact Kristen Schott at firstname.lastname@example.org

As speaker on our program, we will soon be contacting you to discuss next steps on how we can incorporate your presentation into our BPI agenda. Should you have questions, please contact Catherine Simpson at email@example.com or Barry Walsh at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q4: How will the presentations be delivered in a virtual format?
All speaker presentations will be accessible from your computer or mobile device with a mix of live and pre-recorded sessions. Speakers will have scheduled live Q&A built into the agenda which will accommodate an Eastern Standard Time zone (EST).
Attendees will be able to see the video of the speaker, along with their slide deck as they are presenting. Attendees will also be able to see who else is in the virtual room alongside them, and can send private or group-wide messages during or after the presentation. Presentations will be available to view on-demand, allowing you to view presentations across all tracks at your own pace.
Q5: How will the virtual exhibition & poster hall look?
Our digital exhibition and poster hall will be accessible alongside the scientific agenda presentations. Each virtual exhibit booth and poster presentation will be aligned with one of our topic streams, providing a simple way for you to connect with relevant vendors and suppliers. In between scientific sessions, we will have dedicated exhibit and poster viewing hours where each virtual exhibit will have a live product expert on hand to provide additional information and answer any questions that you may have.
Q6: Will I still be able to communicate with attendees, speakers and exhibitors?
Yes, our virtual platform will have a full attendee list published (name, title, company, photo) that can be filtered by topic interest (ex: downstream, upstream, manufacturing) to create simple-yet-effective virtual networking opportunities. Attendees will be able to send private messages to each other through our virtual platform.
Q7: I am a registered attendee, how do I redeem my one free colleague pass?
For existing main conference pass attendees: During the week of June 29 you will be emailed a discount code, valid for 1 free additional pass for new, unregistered colleagues (search for 'BioProcess International ' including your spam folder).
