Geoffrey holds a Masters in Industrial Pharmacy from the University of Gent (Qualified Person), and International Management Degree from the Vlerick Business School. He has over 15 years of experience in the Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical industry. Geoffrey has been holding several roles of increasing responsibility in Quality, Operational Excellence, Project management and Manufacturing. In his current role as Vice President Operations, Geoffrey is heading a team of over 400 employees across the globe. His team is responsible for providing day to day manufacturing support (internal & external), and for turning concepts into reality with respect to process improvement and innovation. Geoffrey is board member of the Belgian Biotech Industries and chairman in multiple international conferences.
