Dannie-Lu Carr is an executive leadership coach, facilitator and creative practitioner specialising in communication, inclusive leadership and workplace culture. She works with organisations and leaders to turn inclusion and wellbeing commitments into practical day-to-day leadership behaviours, particularly around topics that are often seen as too sensitive or ‘taboo’ for the workplace. Her work includes supporting conversations around reproductive health, childlessness and women’s experiences across different life stages, with a consistent focus on fairness, psychological safety and sustainable performance. She combines systems thinking with trauma-informed practice to help leaders see patterns, challenge assumptions and design more inclusive ways of working. Alongside her coaching work, she is a writer and performer, bringing a grounded, human and engaging style to her programmes.
