Kayla Hall serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Refuel, where she leads all aspects of HR—including talent acquisition, training and development, compensation, engagement, recognition, and compliance.

Kayla joined Refuel over three years ago as the Director of Training and Engagement, bringing with her extensive experience from Starbucks, where she held a variety of operations and training roles. She quickly became a driving force in creating scalable systems and processes, strengthening company culture, and ensuring team members feel valued and supported.

Over time, her responsibilities expanded to encompass the full HR function, and for the past year as VP, she has focused on transforming the employee experience—enhancing recognition, refining processes, and fostering a culture of growth and belonging across Refuel’s teams.

Kayla is passionate about people, culture, and continuous improvement. She credits Refuel for providing an environment where she’s been able to grow and lead boldly—and she remains committed to helping others do the same
