What is C-Store Women?
C‑Store Women is a focused, action-oriented event designed to advance leadership, operational excellence, and career development across the convenience and petroleum retail industry. Programming combines practical workshops, peer-led panels, and hands-on sessions that deliver immediately usable tactics for store operations, merchandising, recruiting and retention, safety, and customer experience.

Who should attend C-Store Women?
C‑Store Women (CSW) welcomes anyone who works in, manages, owns, or supports retail outlets in the convenience and petroleum industry. That includes store associates and shift supervisors, store and district managers, multi‑site operators and owners, corporate leaders (operations, merchandising, HR, marketing, finance), buyers, field trainers, vendor and supplier partners, distributors, consultants, and investors. We intentionally design programming for both emerging leaders and seasoned executives, so whether you’re just starting your career or running a regional or national business, you’ll find practical sessions, peer-led conversation, and networking tailored to your level and responsibilities.
Men and women are encouraged to participate — CSW is an inclusive, cross‑industry forum where diverse perspectives and experiences accelerate learning.
Is C-Store Women, only for women to attend?
C‑Store Women (CSW) is built to accelerate leadership, operational excellence, and career development across the convenience-store and petroleum retail sector, and its programming is intentionally inclusive. We welcome people of all genders, roles, and experience levels. Many male leaders and supplier representatives attend to learn best practices, support workplace equity, strengthen team performance, and connect with diverse talent.
Can I bring a colleague to C-Store Women?
Absolutely! The CSW registration fee is discounted to $1,200 per person when four or more attendees from your firm attend. The fee includes 2 nights at the Mountain Shadows Resort and all meals during the event.
What are Peer Circles?
Peer Circles are a monthly virtual extension of the C-Store Women community—designed to keep the momentum going between in-person events. Each session brings together attendees for a focused mix of practical learning and peer discussion, creating space to share real challenges, exchange ideas, and learn from others in the industry. Open to all past and present participants, Peer Circles are intentionally flexible and easy to join—making it simple to stay connected, continue developing, and be part of an active, engaged network year-round.
What are the different fees and registration types?
Retailer:
An individual who works, manages or owns a retail outlet in the convenience and petroleum industry.
The registration fee is $1,500 per person. This fee is discounted to $1,200 per person with four or more attendees from your firm. The fee includes 2 nights at the Mountain Shadows Resort and all meals during the event. Sponsor:
An individual who works for a company that is a sponsor of the conference. Please register using your company specific invitation code.
If you are not yet a sponsor and would like additional information, please contact Brandy Mulcahy at brandy.mulcahy@informa.com.
Other:
The "Other" registration type is used for non-sponsoring industry suppliers, service providers and consultants. A registration fee is required to attend the conference and it will be charged during the registration process. Please contact Brandy Mulcahy at brandy.mulcahy@informa.com for more information on registration fees.

How do I get to the Mountain Shadows Resort?
Mountain Shadows Resort is easily reachable by car, rideshare/taxi, and a combination of Phoenix-area public transit plus a short rideshare; it’s approximately a 20–30 minute drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) depending on traffic. What time is check-in and check-out at the Mountain Shadows Resort?
Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm.
Is there wireless internet in the meeting space?
Complimentary wireless internet will be provided throughout the meeting space. Login details will be provided at the conference registration desk.
I was contacted by a housing provider that offered to assist with making my CSW hotel reservation. What should I do?
Please be vigilant if approached by any company representing themselves as the housing provider for the C-Store Women. These companies will offer to make hotel reservations within the room block on your behalf or misrepresent themselves as agents of the hotel. Please note that CSW does not rent, share or sell your contact information to any third parties.
The companies that we have been made aware of are Convention Housing Planners Corp, Expo Housing Services and Exhibitors Housing Management. Please let us know as soon as possible if another company reaches out to you.
CSW is not utilizing the services of any housing agent or third party and the Mountain Shadows Resort will never reach out to attendees to solicit booking rooms. Please only make your accommodations using the link in your registration confirmation email.
