Peer Circles
What are Peer Circles?
Peer Circles are a monthly virtual extension of the C-Store Women community—designed to keep the momentum going between in-person events. Each session brings together attendees for a focused mix of practical learning and peer discussion, creating space to share real challenges, exchange ideas, and learn from others in the industry. Open to all past and present participants, Peer Circles are intentionally flexible and easy to join—making it simple to stay connected, continue developing, and be part of an active, engaged network year-round.
What to Expect from the Peer Circles
- One session per month, optional for all CSW attendees
- Led by CSW members, content partners, and speakers — with coordination support from Informa
- Mix of presentation-style content and interactive breakout discussion
- Topics recommended by CSW members
- Session content contributed to the CSP editorial team for broader use
- Facilitators will include a mix of community volunteers and invited speakers — no experience required to lead
