Leading a dynamic team, she oversees all aspects of fuel logistics and inventory management, ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment with the company’s objectives. Her expertise and leadership have been instrumental in optimizing processes and fostering operational excellence within the organization.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Melissa is the proud Chair of RaceTrac’s Women’s Business Resource Group (LEAD), where she champions initiatives to empower and advance women in the workplace. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys quality time with her husband and their three young children.
