Molly Freeman is a high energy, people-centric, and customer-focused leader with expertise and experience in Human Resources, Retail Operations, and building and leading successful teams. Her career started at Target and she held positions of Human Resources Manager, Store Director, and Group Operations Director before joining Global Partners as Senior Director- People Operations in 2022. Molly earned her Masters degree in Organizational Leadership, and is an Advisor for the Women In Leadership program at the University of Vermont Grossman School of Business.
