Group Room Rate:
$299 +tax (based on availability). The group rate expires on Friday, October 3, 2025
To make your hotel reservation:
Please use the link located on the final page of the registration process and in your registration confirmation email or call: 888-236-2427 and identify yourself as a C-StoreTEC attendee to receive the group rate.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
All reservations must be guaranteed by a deposit equal to one-night room and tax with a major credit card that will be secured one week prior to arrival. To avoid cancellation charges of one night's room and tax, reservations should be cancelled three (3) days day prior to arrival.

📩 Submit Sponsor Ranking for 1:1 Meetings
- You will receive a list of Sponsors to rank to help us determine your 1:1 meeting schedule.
- Meetings are scheduled for 15 minutes and will take place at the Sponsor's tabletop.

✈️ Transportation
We recommend that your flight lands by 12:00 pm (Central) on Monday, Oct. 27th and departs after 1 pm (Central) on Wednesday, Oct. 29th.
Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (20 minutes from hotel) or Dallas Love Field (25 minutes from hotel)
Taxi Service:
The cost of a taxi from the DFW airport to the hotel is about $70 each way.
The cost of a taxi from the DAL airport to the hotel is about $35 each way.
Uber:
The estimated pricing from the DFW airport to the hotel is $25-$30 for UberX, $50 for UberXL, and $100 for Uber black SUV.
The estimated pricing from the DAL airport to the hotel is $15-$25 for UberX, $30 for UberXL, and $60 for Uber black SUV.
Car Rental:

💼 What is the Meeting Attire?
The meeting attire is business casual.
In October, Texas experiences a pleasant transition to autumn weather. The average high temperatures generally range from the low 70s to the low 80s, while average low temperatures fall into the 50s and 60s.
🛜 Is There Wireless Internet in the Meeting Space?
Complimentary wireless internet will be provided throughout the meeting space. Login details will be provided onsite.
