Debbie is a seasoned multi-family residential condominium professional; she currently leads the development & pre-construction side of 59 Project Management Inc., a turnkey construction management firm that specializes in the trifecta of project management services: pre-construction, construction, and post construction. 59 currently manages 8-10 projects under construction and another +/- 16 projects in pre-construction with a combined project budget value of more than $1.2B. The 59-client base is vast and ranges from first time developers to seasoned development veterans and power houses. The 59-pre-construction team, under Debbie’s leadership, have a solid understanding of the multiple aspects of development, and the importance of strong and dynamic partnering between the Owner, Consultants, City Staff (for both entitlements & permits), Governing Bodies, Lenders, Investors, Sales & Marketing, Purchasers, Construction Management, and Site Trades. With twenty years of experience, vis a vis multiple disciplines within the multi-family residential development industry, Debbie and her team fit exceptionally well to compliment and help lead most any Developer/Owner team through their project approvals, permits, sales & marketing, and so much more.
