Francine Moore is the President of Homestead Land Holdings Limited. Francine has held this position since 2001 and is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to the company. She has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Homestead, Francine was the Director of Finance of Strathcona Paper Company, Division of Roman Corporation Limited, a publicly traded company. Francine articled at KPMG and gained her chartered accountancy designation. Francine previously served two terms on the board of REALPAC, was a member of the Mayor’s Task Force on Housing, City of Kingston, and served on the Kingston General Hospital Audit Committee. She is a graduate of the Bachelor of Business Administration program at York University and completed the Rotman Directors’ Program, attaining the ICD.D designation.
