Paul Fritze understands the principles behind structural engineering and restoration and how they can be applied practically to situations which arise in every project. Clients value his personable and organized approach to projects. He takes pride in his work and takes time to understand his clients’ needs and business. He strives to meet his clients’ requirements through practical designs and appropriate maintenance and repair strategies to improve their existing properties. Paul is an experienced project manager, prime consultant and structural engineer. Upon joining RJC in 2009, he has taken an active role in the investigation and rehabilitation of concrete, structural steel and wood framed structures to provide creative solutions a variety of existing building challenges. Since 2019, Paul has been the Program Lead for a team of design consultants working with the City of Toronto to perform $100M+ of renovations to convert existing buildings into Emergency Shelters and Affordable Rental Housing.
