Tegan Smith is a respected leader in Canadian real estate and winner of the Urban Land Institute of British Columbia’s 2022 Outstanding Leader Award. She has over 24 years of urban planning and land development experience. Tegan’s gifts are listening and connecting people to find the truth. She is a leading expert in land use planning, development feasibility, permitting, land use approvals and government relations.Tegan is an active Board member of Lambda Alpha International Vancouver Chapter land economics society, an advisor in the Canadian Housing Professionals Mentorship Program, former chair of the NAIOP Vancouver Industrial Land Committee, former Trustee of Christ Church Cathedral Vancouver, and former member of BC Children’s Hospital Foundation Partnerships Committee. Tegan is also a member of the Canadian Institute of Planners.
